There’s nothing wrong with any of that. When you think of all the people not at home, they’re only out for a few hours - most likely spending a lot of money - and then they’re back home. So what seems like such a big deal is only people leaving their homes for a few hours. And yes, the songs are lovely. =)
I couldn’t help but notice that within the past 2 days you reported conflicting body counts with foreign news in 2 separate events: 1) The shooting at Fort Hood and 2) The Florida office shooting. I understand that the information at Fort Hood was somewhat closed and it was at first unknown whether or not the suspect had survived. But yesterday, the Telegraph reported that 2 were dead and 6 were injured in Florida, which was the correct amount, but several American news sources reported only 1 dead and 5 injured. Since both took place in America, wouldn’t it only be natural to take advantage of your sources? It’s one thing to make a mistake, but messing up something as crucial as body count is more than irresponsible journalism, it’s torture for anyone who may know anyone around the area of the shooting. So next time, please take the time to confirm your numbers.
